Stratum Mini Complex
Neighbourhood shopping centres with groceries, butcheries, fresh produce, other essential shops and apartments.

As a SAMBO member, you are joining a community that aims to own and benefit from the businesses providing the products and services you use every day.
Through the proposed Swipe-to-Own programme, qualifying purchases and your monthly investment contributions can help build an investment portfolio across the companies below. Our goal is for 90% of eligible distributable business profits to benefit SAMBO member investment interests, with the remaining 10% allocated according to the approved group structure.
The 90% member profit allocation is a proposed policy, not a guaranteed return. Most companies in the ecosystem are still in development and are marked “Coming soon” until they are established and trading.

These companies and developments represent the proposed ecosystem; they are not all necessarily operational, member-owned or generating distributable profits today. Participation rights, investment allocations and distributions will depend on each company’s establishment, approved offering terms, financial performance and applicable regulatory requirements.
