How do I become a SAMBO member?
Register on Wealth Rotation, complete the required FICA/KYC verification and activate your monthly contribution from R250. Participation is subject to the platform’s current terms.
Are profits or returns guaranteed?
No. Business and property participation involve risk. Profits, distributions and returns are not guaranteed. Review all current terms and disclosures and seek independent advice where needed.
What does the 90% participation model mean?
Members participate in up to 90% of intended eligible distributable profits across participating businesses, subject to the relevant business structure and membership terms. This is not a fixed return or a 90% ownership stake for each individual member.
Do I have to run the businesses myself?
No. Stratum Financial Services manages the ecosystem, supported by licensed financial services providers working with banks. Members track documented participation through the platform.
Where are member funds held?
Member funds remain in bank-controlled structures and are managed by licensed fund managers, subject to the applicable arrangements and disclosures.
