General website terms and important distinctions about membership, ownership participation and financial services.

1. Information, not an investment offer

This website explains the SAMBO model for general information. It is not personalised financial, tax or legal advice, an invitation to subscribe to a specific investment, or a guarantee of eligibility. Seek advice from an appropriately authorised professional before making financial decisions.

2. Membership and product agreements

Membership registration is handled on Wealth Rotation. Contributions, eligibility, cancellation, refunds and participation rights are governed by the actual agreements supplied at registration. This website does not replace those agreements. Each banking, insurance, healthcare or investment product has its own provider, disclosures, fees and terms.

3. Ownership, profit participation and risk

Purchases alone do not establish legal ownership. A documented investment or allocation must identify the instrument and the member’s rights. Members own only what is validly issued and allocated to them. The intended 90% model relates to eligible distributable profits under the relevant structure, not a guaranteed return or a 90% individual stake.

Business and property investments involve risk, including potential loss of capital. Profits, rental income, distributions and asset values may vary and are not guaranteed. Development targets describe ambitions, not completed assets or confirmed holdings.

4. Professional services and banking

Stratum Financial Services manages the ecosystem, supported by licensed financial services providers working within their mandates. Banking products are provided by South Africa’s top four banks working closely with professional teams, subject to applicable arrangements, availability and provider terms. Credit approval remains the responsible bank’s decision and requires its own assessment.

5. Susan and other illustrations

Susan’s story, spending amounts and assumed profit margins are educational examples, not actual member results or forecasts. Associated business profit is not automatically a member’s income, investment entitlement or available cash.

6. Website use and external services

Use the website lawfully and do not interfere with its operation, misrepresent the organisation or misuse its content and branding. External services are operated independently and have their own terms. Website information may change; confirm current details with the responsible team before relying on it.

7. Rights, complaints and applicable law

Nothing in these draft terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under South African law. Raise enquiries or complaints with the Foundation or relevant product provider. These website terms are intended to be governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, subject to applicable statutory protections.
