This draft covers the SAMBO information website of the Luthando Maduna Foundation. Membership registration and login take place on the external Wealth Rotation platform. Its own privacy notices and those of the responsible product providers apply to their services.

2. Information and purposes

This website has no membership application or payment form. If you contact a team by email, phone or WhatsApp, your contact details and enquiry may be processed to respond and assist you. Please do not send identity documents, banking details or other sensitive information through an initial enquiry.

Website hosting and external services may process technical information such as device details, connection records or IP addresses. The Foundation must confirm its actual providers, cookies, analytics, legal grounds and retention periods before approving this policy.

3. Service providers and external links

Links may take you to independent platforms, including membership services and WhatsApp. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices. Any sharing of member information with professional teams, banks or licensed providers must have an appropriate lawful basis and relevant disclosures.

4. Your rights

Subject to POPIA and applicable legal requirements, you may request access to your information, seek correction or deletion, object to processing or withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing. Withdrawal does not invalidate prior lawful processing. Identity verification may be required to protect your information.

5. Security and retention

The final policy must describe the safeguards, retention criteria and any international transfers applicable to the Foundation’s actual processing. Information should not be retained longer than necessary unless retention is required or permitted by law. No electronic communication can be guaranteed completely secure.
